A nursery for infants through age three is available every Sunday morning from 9:25 through 11:30 a.m. There are always at least 2 adult nursery workers to take care of your children.
Our nursery room is located in the Education Building. When you arrive, go to the first door on the left of the Education building and press the doorbell button that is marked "Press button for Sunday nursery." One of the nursery workers will come to the door and welcome you inside. (We keep the building locked for your child's safety when there is no other activity occurring in that building.)
Some parents keep their 2- and 3-year-olds in the Worship service through the "Time for Children" and then take them to the Nursery. These little ones truly do seem to enjoy sharing the limelight with the older children.
If you would like to volunteer to work in the Nursery, please contact Julie Carriker.
If you prefer to keep your little one with you in the Worship service, please feel free to do so. If he or she begins to fuss, you may decide that you'd like to go into our Family Worship Center. That room is located in the Sanctuary building; there are rocking chairs, a few toys, and a crib and changing table for your use. Just ask one of the Deacons to help you find the room. (An added plus: In this room, you can still hear the Worship service.)
